- Damaged or Broken Items
- If the perfume arrives broken or damaged during delivery, it must be reported immediately to the delivery staff at the time of receipt.
- In such cases, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- No replacement or refund will be provided if the damage occurred after successful delivery.
